GST Amendments Acts, 2018 applicable from February 1, 2019

Based on the representations received from various stake holders, The GST council in its last meeting decided that The CGST Amendment Act, 2018, The UTGST Amendment Act, 2018, The GST(Cess) Amendment Act, 2018 and IGST Amendment Act, 2018 would brought into force with effect from February 1st, 2019.
